Are paypal now doing faster payment transfers??
 

I have always transfered money from my paypal into a Santander account and normally takes arond 3 working days, however i noticed one of my accounts now transfers in around 1-2 hours! this is strange as all the others still take around 3 days... anyone know why this is ? as all same accounts

They are rolling it out across their system

About time to, for the fees they charge it should have been like this years ago

Yep thats right. I got £200 instantly in my bank account within 30 minutes of doing my paypal withdrawal. :amen::clap::hail:

Just the normal way. If your account is down for that system that's what you get.

Anecdotal evidence seems to suggest it's older accounts at this stage but it is a fluid situation and will I suspect become the norm shortly.

They will still hold it up for 24 hours for 'security checks' I suspect

You guys are luckly in the UK to have this option, many of us are just stuck with either withdraw to credit card which is pending from like 40 hrs to change into complete then another 3 days to arrive.

Withdrawal to bank acc, usually take around the same time 3-4 days.

I guess this option is only for UK users :(

It would appear so at this time but Paypal are not doing it by choice. It's being foisted on them

Yeah i guess you are right, but at the same time lucky its being done on UK first. I cant imagine how long it will take to take for it to be done for the rest of the countries.

fast transfer only comes with UK accounts...so far

Ok, I just withdrew £200+ from one of my PP accounts and it said it would be reviewed 15 minutes later its in my account.

WOW, I like this however there will be a swizz with it where they will implement another rule at some point in relation to withdrawing etc...

I have this option on some brand new accounts but not on all older ones. Looks like it could be more random than just chronological.
