Anyone else getting asked security questions before withdrawals ?
 

On just 1 account everytime I withdraw paypal want to either phone me, want my debit card number or to answer my secret questions. It's only on one account Ive never been asked these on others.

Anyone else getting this when withdrawing money from paypal ?

withdraw from paypal should not happen, as you are verified etc.

but when you pay for goods off ebay, it can happen

I get it when my IP address is "exotic"... significantly different to the usual one. It's PayPal trying to protect you just in case you were hacked. PayPal loves its customers and will do anything to protect them, of course. :)

I have had only one account where this happened. I fluffed the log in :heh:

Probably the fact its a 2nd bank account and not the primary bank account ? the deposits have not been sent.

The main bank acc is in the account holders name and 2nd bank acc is in my name so I thought id be best not confirming it and leaving it as the secondary bank account to be a little safer ?

They have stopped asking me security questions now, I presume maybe for the first few withdrawls they asked to make sure it hadnt been hacked

I checked notes.

Happened on an account several years ago where a secondary bank account was used.
