When does paypal gets limited ? I have had paypal limited previously, dont know the reason exactly. But they were asking me to provide supplier invoice, Etc.

No. There was a short period of time in 2009 when they started asking for National Insurance number, but they dropped it thankfully. So the only barrier to making a good amount of money will be PayPal and their moronic account limitations.

Paypal can limit an account whenever it wants.
There are different reasons. Far too often the reasons are only truly understood by paypal.(& not all people working at paypal).
