Paypal Account Limited

So today i login to my paypal account and it says it is limited..
But when i go to the resolution centre there is no reason why it is limited?

Is it safe to contact paypal if this is the case:sweat:
My account s stealth.

When you log in, does it say something like "..... this can't be appealed..."? If yes, then don't bother contacting PP. Of course, if you have funds in there, then definitely contact them.
