entropay and paypal expanded use

hi everyone..!!

i know paypal lets u add entropay virtual cc's, but after adding it doesnt give any link to get an expanded use number.. does that mean paypal already knows that it is a virtual cc and doesnot use it for address verification?

looking forward to some good replies
