paypal lowdown needed

ok after many days of research on this site im ready to get a gift visa etc to open up and verify both paypal and ebay, now my question is, so ive got my paypal setup and used my pre paid gift card for id purposes etc. now when i sell an item on ebay, and i recieve money into this new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account, how do i get this money into my bank account, as i cant put this on my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal as it will be linked to my suspended account.

confused me even more now, i know the bank acc is in my real name, BUT when i recieve funds how do i get the money into my bank account when my bank account is liked to a suspended account
