Showing up green ticks, still restricted ?
 

I am being warned I am near my spending limit, but I have verified my credit card and did so on day one, when I go to the "lift limits" page it has green ticks on all the options for the credit card. I do not have a bank connected yet.

It only takes me to the credit card verification green tick page when I click "lift spending limits", so I am presuming this is the only thing needed to increase the spending limit restriction, but as I have done all steps with my card, it should of worked, shouldn't it ?

So do I need a bank account linked to increase spending, or should the card verification have sorted it ?

Yes, you need to add a bank account and you will in all probability need to provide photo ID and address verification docs if your account is stealth as you will not be able to be identified by their electronic checks.

Thanks for letting me know. Their service must be crap because after clicking "Lift Spending Limits" it only shows the green ticked credit card page, that would be confusing for everyone, I could understand if it took me to the page with all the limits on.

IF all is ticked, you might have to call them up and explain that all steps are done- agent might nicely remove issues
