Advice on new paypal account please help
 

Here goes guys, Me and gf sell on eBay and I had an eBay account in my name and paypal account in girlfriends name, paypal account was suspended back in august but eBay account is still fine but I haven't used it since paypal account was suspended and I'm assuming that account is useless now?shame as it was a power seller account with no limits at all

The eBay and paypal account was in our old address and we have now moved so I'm going to set up and also buy some new stealth accounts but would also like to have a few legit accounts 1 in my name and 1 in girlfriends name

So here's my question that can hopefully be answered,My girlfriend has never had an eBay account in her name so that won't be a problem but the paypal account was in her name that was suspended so what is my best option for a new paypal account in her name in our new address (different to the suspended account)

I know I can just change the name the paypal account is in then add her bank account but as this will be a legit account that I can lift limits on I wanted to be able to get past the £1900 receiving limit.
If anyone has advice I would be great full

paypal only see the sort code & account number (provided you do certain things like avoid transfers from bank to paypal. That's another story;))

For the new paypal at the new address the girlfriend's info could be slightly 'tweaked'.
