Card One Banking - anyone??
 

This is a question about their payments policy really.

Do they operate on receiving and sending Faster Payments (within 2 hours).

At the moment I have a Secure Trust bank account and when someone sends me a faster payment it's either processed at 9am or 3pm. That's a total ball-ache for me because I run pretty 'hand to mouth' and most of my sales come after 3pm. I have a lot of 'bull s/hit' buyers who say they have paid me and if it's after 3pm I can't confirm until 9am the next day.

I also can't post the same day if someone pays at 3.05pm because I won't 'know' they have paid until 9.10am next morning.

Just wondered if any of you guys have a Card One Banking account to know if they process faster payments in a more reasonable time frame?

Sec Trust only let me send BACS as well. S/hite!!! Sick of paying them £12.50 a month for nowt.

dont forget that paypal is paying out on funds much quicker than they were doing 6 months passed.

Is there any chance you can change banks to be able to use this facility? Vague recollections of some troubles for you. But you might be able to access something better.
Some of us have even got funds on weekends.
