paypal account limited thru no use....
 

hi guys!
im sure this question has been asked before but i havent been able to find it so im having to bother you guys instead.
cut to the chase....ive had a paypal and ebay account for over a year now and all was ok for awhile.

i didnt use the accounts for a couple months. Just 2 weeks ago bought something off ebay, tried to pay with ppal, and payment didnt go through. ...paypal account limited thru infrequent use...

anyway, no big deal....at the resolution centre, paypal want either a new credit card and telephone confirmation OR any photo ID docs from me.
i thought i'd try the new card process, as all you need is a new card, and their system should call you via your given phone number and its all done...NO WAY!

soon as i add a new card and click ADD, instead of paypal calling my number (where i assume an automated voice gives you a code or something), the page goes back to my account page, and a message saying "your card has not been added....the phone confirmation did not go thru" or words to that effect.
but i double checked my phone number and it does work....so i tried adding another card...same thing...

so now my profile on paypal is showing 4 damn cards...but limitation is still on.
and i cant even remove any cards either...theres no remove option on the page....any ideas, pls? l

PS i only use both the ebay and paypal account for buying, not selling

Get all your info together and phone them.

Tell them you had not used the account for ages & are really happy about what they did.

You're only too happy to have added the cards. Has there been a glitch etc etc etc.

Talk well enough & you should get every thing sorted manually. Get the name of the staff member for your records.
