Paypal and ID checks...
 

Been opening a few stealth paypals. I Verified the bank and Credit Card on one of the accounts and have been asked for drivers license and utility bill almost the day after it was made, is this normal?? no money has gone through the account either.

My other accounts are fine though.

That is not normal. You probably got linked somehow.

This could be normal because I have a Luxembourg paypal and they asked me for my ID and a utility bill also.

I had a limit of 500 euros a year. And then they raised it to 2,500 euros a year (faxing/emailing my ID with a utility bill). And to upgrade it a 2nd time I had to fax them in my passport and some kind of a Medical bill. After that got no limits on sending or getting money at all.

It just really depends on the country paypal you signed up for really.

But they asked you for it, for me it was to raise my limits.

What did the notice say?

Did you change your funding source or maybe slip up with your stealth methods?
