My eBay and PayPal with my actual name, address, bank account details, cc details and everything else has been suspended forever

Therefore using the stealth guide I have made a new eBay and PayPal account using my partners moms name, address, contact details etc, but when it comes to verifying PayPal I have used another one of my own bank accounts, but the name and address I have put is my partners mom's name, will this work? I still haven't received the small deposit amounts and its the third working day now.

Also when it comes to selling, I need to select how to pay my eBay fees, I have selected PayPal and its asked for credit card details, I put in the card details for the same account above but it's not recognising it, will this be because the same and address I am selecting is the one registered for PayPal/eBay and not the actual name/address on the card.

What do I do please help? I need to start selling but unsure how to get past the bank account issue when all the name and addresses etc are in my name
