Around 2 years ago, I got blacklisted from PayPal, I've only had around £1k max travel through the account. The account and all subsequent accounts appear to be 'blacklisted'

Not sure if it was because I was 17 at the time, or if it was due to the chargebacks by scammers, but that's my current situation.

Now here's the problem:

Not only did my PayPal get closed, so did my Mum's (she was pissed at first because she used to eBay quite a bit, and eBay without PayPal is kinda like going to an auction with no arms).

Whenever I make new accounts, they are instantly closed.

I'm on a new ISP now, but I know the problem will be the same, because all PayPal accounts need to pretty much be verified nowadays, and seeing as my bank account is blacklisted from PayPal, I can't get verified because my account will just be closed.

I'm guessing I can't use my business bank account either because all banks are linked to the bank account holder via Social Security Numbers/National Insurance numbers.

This is a pretty annoying hindrance to not only my business on a whole, but any time I want to sell things/use PayPal in general.

I think I appealed to them over the phone a while ago, but I can't recall them getting back in touch with me for the outcome.

Does anybody have any similar experiences to this? if so, did you resolve it? and how?

get a prepaid that has direct deposit and use it as your bank to get verified.

Are you trying to register these new PP accounts at your old address ? I suspect so .
Theres lots of reasons they will be catching up with you .
Address , Ip numbers , bank accounts etc etc .
I could go on but to save us the time you really need to buy the Stealth Book and understand it then you will be in a posistion to move forward and open new accounts both PP and EB .
If you carry on as you are doing you will make things much worse.
