Hi,

probably a simple question but i cant get my head round it

What are the use of VCCs? to set up a new paypal account would i still have to link it to my own bank account?

VCCs CONFIRM the pp account - Bank account VERIFY the pp account. Bit of difference.

You need the bank in the UK to do withdrawals.

VCC will help confirm and up the limits of sending.
