Making new paypal with different bank but suspended address?

Hi

I to use my 'limited' ebay for buying. Used to sell on this ebay, but paypal got permenently suspended. I want to add a new paypal to this ebay with the same suspended paypal account, just to BUY, i know there is risk of suspension if i sell on this account. Is it okay if I just use this paypal & ebay for buying purposes only? Or do I need some sort of name/ address variation?

Not a wise, long term choice. Adding another paypal will not work long term.

Buying only accounts are watched ( in the UK especially). In a way that account is 'flagged'.

Not a given to last for long
