can you use your mobile for paypal to lift limits/verification etc ?

don't have a land line, I know about soho66 etc but hoping there is no point using that

Yes you can use a mobile on p/p but it has no bearing on lifting limits, that's done by adding a bank account and credit/debit card and then verifying your ID and address with docs if your info is not found when they carry out an electronic search
