Question re DOB with paypal
 

Paypal is asking for my date of birth to continue as i have withdrawn 1900 from my account.

they want me to verify my buisness and upgrade to a premier account.

will they link me through my real d.o.b should i use a false one i have 134 days to reply,

i am worried they might ask for documents stew.

As you know there are 7 billions of people sharing nearly 365 x 100 days of birthday.
They won't link you unless you have more information in common.

Tell me more info about how this account was made. Then we can sort the replies best.

You do know that there is a £1900 anti-money laundering limit for all UK accounts?

Im just worried they might ask for more documents i.e driving licence birth certificate.
althogh my name is correct stewart, i have spelt it stuart, and obviously my address is totally new but i do have access to it.

what documents can i give them, and how likely are they to ask for them, its good to know there are people in the same boat.

i know it sounds rediculous but i was so depressed when i got shut down i need ebay and paypal badly.

How old is the acct?

if memory serves me - you add dob on ebay, but not for paypal, with paypal you get asked 2 secret questions on sign up....

dob alone is not necessarily a problem.

I agree, DOB must be match what your Ebay have on file, and you should be ready with Doc ( ID + proof of address)

Few users have reported success with sending in documents that do not match the DOB on eb/pp by stating that they originally did not enter the dob correctly for privacy issues.
