paypal stealth accounts and withdrawal

just wanted to say hello as I am new around here and also to ask for some advice on paypal accounts and withdrawing money from ebay sales.

I was clearing out my unused hardware etc. selling on ebay with about 45 transactions and verified paypal account, I was sold some expensive items namely my old graphics cards and such and tried to withdraw the money and immediately had my account limited for 'suspicious activity'. Long story short i could not upload infos because of a site glitch and phoned paypal over 10 times but they would not acknowledge this and wouldnt help me resolve and soon after i got an email saying:

'Paypal appeal refused,

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts
for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close
it because of security issues. ETC ETC..'

phoned again and they refused to tell me why, so i went ahead and stupidly created a new account under the same ip but on a different name and slightly differing address. sold about £80 of stuff and tried to withdraw.. BAM.. limited.

Anyway read the stealth guide and made a new ebay and paypal account with new info on a new static ip that matches the given address, new number, virtualbox etc. sold some stuff, bought around 10 postage stamps from royal mail, account limited.. Please provide tracking info, passport etc which i did not even have so i had to refund all the buyers and just hope they don't leave negs!!

Right now i have a new stealth ebay and paypal account that is totally clean with around £25 sitting in it for a couple of months and I wanted some advice on how to withdraw from stealth paypal accounts without the holding of funds and account limitation that usually happens.

Do i have to wait longer until i withdraw funds? should i sell less items per account? what should i do to reduce the risk of limitation when withdrawing?

thank you very much and i appreciate your advice.

OK - I will help you because we were all new around here once.

You need to spread your 'risk' across more than one account. Putting all your eggs in one basket is no good because if one account goes down you have no backups.

You should never withdraw the FULL amount of money in the PayPal account because if you ever need to refund a customer you cannot add money from a bank account to PP as they will see the REAL details of who the bank account belongs to. Always leave excess money in PP to cover refunds, chargebacks and any other type of cases.

Reducing the risk of a limitation is to keep withdrawals to a minimum as possible but possibly make them more frequent. Trying to withdraw 10k is high risk to PP whereas £300 isn't as much (obviously depending on the price of your items), I never withdrew more than £150 at one time, that was every 48 hours.

You need to make sure you post on time, update the tracking (if required), make sure you update the status of the parcel to the buyer, and keep in contact so they know they will receive their goods.
