Pay Pal business account vs Pay Pal induvidual account
 

Hello Guys

I was wondering which type of pay pal account is best to link to my ebay account a business or individual account..?

I currently have a individual account linked and it dose not have any receiving or withdrawing limitations. i plan to make £ 3000 - 4000 per a month will this be okay..?

I use to have the ebay stealth book but I cant recall which pay pal account type apskin said it was best to open.

Can you sell with Personal? I don't think PP allows.

I always open Business accounts so not a 100% sure on this.

Hmm I think you can I can always upgrade it that's not a problem , However I'm just interested in what the stealth book stated. I'm not going to buy it again just to find that out I don't have the funds tbh , so can someone please help..?

I'm under the impression if you open a business account pay pal will ask for much more than id and proof of address in the future .

i have my own ideas about which is best but its up to you to decide which is best for you.

It seems eby personal have a 35000 limit these days unless you ring in, i bounced the limit all year on one and it never raised so sod that, its staying as it is.

PP business come with too many complications, rolling reserves , more documents required, like supplier info and invoices, the only advantage i have seen to having a pp business to personal pp account is the fact you can have a faster checkout on your own website but for me the bad seriously out weights the good so persi all the way

I think the difference is if you declare your pp account a business they know to start targeting you with all their small business marketing crap like merchant processing, small business consulting, etc. Otherwise makes little difference.
