No access to utility bill or bank statement....
 
They're asking for either a utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement to confirm address.

As strange (and unbelievable) as it may sound, I'm still living at home and do not have any utility bills to provide PayPal. Not even a phone bill (been on Pay As You Go since it existed!).

The statement for the bank account attached to PayPal is all online and, when printed, looks nothing like a paper statement compared to my sisters from the same bank.

When I try to order a paper statement for the account, I'm faced with an error message that it can't be done.

However, I have found a letter from the bank confirming the account when I opened it, which contains the sort code/account number and address.

Would they accept this?

If the letter is dated in the last 12 months then it will probably suffice providing it matches the information on your registration details.

if you walk in to most banks and explain they will provide you with a bs there and then or post on out straight away.

It's ok, I scanned the confirmation letter last night around midnight and have just been fully restored. Thank goodness! :)

Im sure the letters are much easier to knock up then a bnk statment.
