a couple of questions about paypal.
 

Just a quick couple of question I hope someone may want to help with regarding paypal.

How do you find out what the limit is of funds you can receive into your account? I have heard a lot of people talking about the paypal limits but i don't know what mine is and always worried incase they just restrict my account because I don't know my limit.

I had someone buy something off ebay and afterwards message me and ask for 5 of them and what deal could I do etc etc, I gave him a price but said it would have to be a bank transfer as i am worried about my paypal limits....anyway he agreed to the bank transfer but then decided he didn't have enough time and paid it into my paypal anyway!!!!......Anyway....I refunded it back out and told him its a big no no but my question is, as I have refunded it would that amount affect my paypal limit??

Read the thread below. Pay attention to Post 5.

Sign into your paypal, and check under ACCOUNT LIMITS your status.

If you have done what is mentioned in Post 5, you are 'freed' from limits.

If not, you are limited to £500 or £650 monthly

If you agreed to do bank transfer, I would e-mail the buyer and explain that we had agreed to this action. Offer to do pp refund and go from there.

And flag the account further?
