What do i do?
 

I've just opened a new account on paypal, went through the verified steps then got to "Provide more information" and they did't accept what i put. (confirming my date of birth and address) so now they are asking me for id? i keep getting stuck at this part.. What can i do to stop this from happing?

Their are lots of things you can do, you need to think outside the box.

No one will share exactly what technique they use is but their are things you can do

If i add a credit card to my pp account will that stop this from happening. Will it fix the problem on my account now or do i need to start again. I know you can probably optain ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ids or make your own, as pp doesn't check if they are real or not and if they even can do this. My question is how can i solve this issue?

If PP are now asking you to provide ID then that is what you will have to do if you want to get these limits removed on this account.

On future accounts a VCC will validate your address, have you read the eBay stealth guide?

Yes i have read the ebay stealth guide, but wasn't sure when to actually add the credit card? do you do it straight away or after adding a bank account?

This is normal procedure when creating stealth accounts.

When you try to confirm you information, Paypal uses public records (like electoral register information) to try and match up against the info you have provided. As you have created a stealth account the info does not match and you will be asked to send in the relevant documents.

Adding VCCs won't solve the matter. You must send in documentation that matches the account details. If you are unable to do this yourself, then PM a moderator for some guidance.
