Default bad bank list and micro deposits?

I've read theres a list if banks that are bad for eBay Stealth in the the UK but cannot find the list? Also I read its advisable to not to let PayPal take money from the bank account, when PayPal do the micro deposits do they take them back from the account or are they essentially giving you that money?

Thanks in advance.

Not aware of such a list for the UK.

There are a few threads for US users where paypal has taken back deposits.

Also not aware ( & touches wood) of paypal doing that to UK users at this moment.

Dark' tell us what bank you are thinking of using & what type of account. Then we will say if good or bad

I'm thinking of opening a few and wondered what were the best ones before I do, I hear tab is not good, apart from that I'm not sure.

I also keep reading different ways to set up accounts.

the stealth guide says set up PayPal and do the verifications then eBay.

but I've read some say on here doing it the other way is best ( eBay then PayPal)

just wondering what is actually the best way

PP does not seem to take back the microdeposits of UKers yet. There are 'recommended' ways but the best way is really open to debate

I do paypal first.

Then I can go ahead and starting using the ebay account with a payment method already attached.

Too often on here we read of users getting funds into unverified paypals. Accounts are 'looked' at far too early in their life if there's a limitation imposed.
Besides, with a new selling account why wait for money?

I always set up Paypal first. Never lost an account or had a limitation in three and half years.
