Does ebay violations affect Paypal?

For example

I have 4 ebay accounts and they get a warning for v*** or another violation.

Are these violations recorded on the single Paypal account too or just ebay? Or is paypal only affected if one account gets limited?

The reason im asking is even though there is a single violation on the separate eBay accounts there may be four on the paypal resulting in limitation.

I would think that somehow you are linked. In-fact in the stealth book it does say that you are linked.
THE THING IS, in my experience, it may take some time before they link them together or they may never make the match... You never really know what will happen..
