Fantastic news mate! What did you do regarding phone verification?

Also i have been thinking again of new methods we could use- do you think it would be possible to verify a paypal account with a given bank/credt card and then cancel that card.

You would then be left with a verified paypal account and you would be issued with new numbers for the card you cancelled- so you could use it to verify another paypal account and continue the process :D

Or would paypal some how find out the card no longer existed?

No need to cancel the bank but one way to get a new cc is to ring and say u lost your card, ive done it about 20 times. New card new numbers. CC's arent a problem though nor banks. It's teephone verification against address's.

Im fixed as my job involves telephones, say no more.

W*h*y is e*n*t*p*a*y written t*h*i*s way? LOL.
Just a point not such a great idea to get the bank to replace the credit card more than x2 a year. Anyone neither needs nor wants a bank account under scrutiny. Banks will look at your activities if you make a habit of this. eg, RBS 'jumps' on this.

No Greenbean, Nobody can help loosing their cards. You may be a total trollop when your drunk and loose your wallet each month. They cannot put you down on this, it's a card.
NOT a credit card but debit card, They cannot do anything about it, it cant be helped

reason for it being written like that was to keep it out of the search engine, incase paypal stop it for some reason? I dunno.

lol, cant belive you said that. You loose your card so bank knock you for it, i dont think so ;( I've actualy legitamatly lost my card about 6 times no word of a lie in 2 years!

or swallowed up by the machine, it happens !!

When a customer asks for a replacement CREDIT card, most banks send off a report to their Fraud department. 99% of the time it is OK for the customer. Just a friendly hint to try NOT to make a practice of doing this.
Good effort to try to confuse ebay bots.

Up to 5 days sometimes. If you need to contact their customer service as they are very
helpful.

Is there full proof method to get a paypal acount after being totally limited. Using new id and phone verification. Seems there is a problem with bank account as i think they insist on the bank account name being the same as the verified user of paypal. credit cards not a problem. anyone in uk managed to get over this problem. ???? pm me

Bank name on paypal doesnt have to match the actual bank name atall!.
But i do try and get it as near as possible, for example my name is Ben Smith, i use Benjamin Smithy or something along those lines.

i see. thats worked for you then. this paypal is causing me grief to get round. cant trade without it really. i will try using a similar spelling then. but different letters. So they never check name. but just the card codes. or number through the banking system. banks would never give paypal any information as most banks hate paypal here in uk

Hi guys

Just one thing quickly are you aware of any UK savings accounts that I can set up that take a direct debit instructin? Apparently these are the only sort of acounts that will work with paypal verification. I am not willing to open loads of checking accounts. I would rather use something like the WAMU account that you guys can use in the states. Have you heard of any decent alternatives that I can use in UK to verify a paypal account?
