Savings, Licence and Utility Bill Verification
 

Hello all. I understand that you can put a Savings account then delete it once you have verified the two amounts before the direct debits kick them out, then put it back in again once you want to withdraw. I have done this to 3 accounts and so far it has been going well.

I am nearing my £1650 limit so I would need to submit license and utility bill to lift the limits. Would this have any impact on it? I mean would Paypal see that no direct debit mandate is on it so they might not approve the licence and bill?

I hope someone can help me soon.

what selling limits did you get once you got your selling account? what limits do you have now ??

In my experience the majority on the time this is fine as there is no law that you must have a bank account attached at all times - I should imagine you have a vcc funding source attached any how from my dealings with you in the past.

Obviously you may draw some additional scrutiny to your account however I think you will be fine.

I not sure what you mean by adding the deleted saving account, I did not see this in the stealth guide. Does PayPal allow you to delete the attached bank account without having a new one to take its place? And if you do this would it not look suspicious? And why would PayPal require a dd? Is this for withdrawing eBay fees?
