i am trying to buy items online but its saying "We cant process your payment right now!!":eek:


can anyone help me please?

i have over 400£ balance on UK PP and need to buy few things but am unable?

Anyone had any problems same as mine?:juggle:

There are usually two reasons for this:

1. Paypal has raised a red flag for the account and you need to verify something like landline etc but you can usually send the payment in two smaller payments but this reason is usually when the acc is newer then 6 months and they want to call you.

2. Tech issues (never happens)

it could also happen if the 400 gbp you have there have just hit in, i have experienced that when i tried to withdraw money that has just got in, but after waiting a few hours it is all fine... just a possible option.

Its over 6months old. and its a stealth account i bought from here,

i tried buying from another Website and it worked but not for most

well cant say for sure as i had 300£ DAY before yesterday and sold around 100£ worth mobiles phones yesterday so the balance went up to 400£ plus today. now i have sent around 100£ just said my ebay bill . so the balance is down to 300£ PLUS now..

if the item you want to buy is less than 300 gbp, the balance you have from yesterday, i would suggest to call and ask them if you feel comfortable speaking with them, if it costs more and the balance from today is needed + the balance from yesterday to pay for the thing you want to buy, i would suggest to give it 24 hours and try again.

Do not call.

Have patience.

They are reviewing your account.

Something flagged it and they are watching it.

Let it sit for a couple of days.

so far no i was not able to do so today will try tomorrow. also it wont let me send personal payment it says we cant confirm th owner something like that..

They want to call you or make you write your bank or card info again, if thoose two reasons arent mentioned att your paypalUI, then this sounds like a glitch. Try transfer PP-->PP And choose service or goods (also dont forgot to try transfer smaller amounts instead of one "Huge" transfer.

Have been reports before. Also PayPal UK does have tech glitches so often it is terrible

well it worked yesterday as i was in another towns library so the IP and pc was all different so i guess it worked thats why. thanks guyz for all the help . finally i will have a new stealth account very soon .

actually i tried again today from my own laptop and its not going throgh ..but when i tried from my towns library it went ok..

any idea whats the problem?

Theyre just checking the accounts usage, should be no problems , keep the account usage low for a while

you wanna watch out logging in from library's and other public places such as mc'ds and stuff.

I had this message today, for an out of Ebay transaction. Somebody is trying to send me payment but is getting the same message.

Wondering what to do, for now I will just tell him to try later.

I think it has something to do with some stupid Ebay buyer opening a recent case against me(not reading terms) and now the account is under scrutiny.

If this indeed is an issue, need to avoid the public zones for sure - get your dedicated IP
