New Paypal Account for Idiots
 

Hi Guys

I got the guide, but I am not shall we say computer Knowledgeable.

I am off Paypal at present (Story for another day) and want to get back on.

So Can someone help me create a new account in simple terms.

I will attampt it now if there is anything off key please mention.

1/ I need a new IP address, so just go to a Library or Internet Cafe
2/ I need to be verified so that is where the VCC comes in

What am I missing?

No no no, fresh ip. Dont go use a library one because most likely it would be shared by another user. Either buy a dongle or reset your router at home. It shows how to do this in the book.

For the verification you need a bank account which hasnt been linked to a paypal before.

How do Dongles work? Would Ninja Cloak or Proxfree be any good.

Setting up the bank account is no probs of course.

So is it just the New IP I am looking for? with the new bank account (which I was told you only need to provide sort code and acc number thus they cannot link it) the VCC (which I can put in someone else's name)

You say you have bought the book but to me it looks like have either not read it or most likely havent bought it so im not going to say much cause il end up giving you the whole template of how to set up a new eb pp.

Never heard of ninja cloak or proxfree.
Buy a prepaid dongle or a monthly contract one. for around £10-£15 you would get good enough data depends on how much internet you use.
Dongles give you a fresh ip everytime u plug it in and out.

I got the Amazon and Ebay ones, read about Half the Amazon before I realised I need help.
