Withdrawal times and VCC's
 

Hi on one of my accounts that is about 2 months old and is fully confirmed with vcc ect the withdrawal times for paypal are 2 hours.

On another account that has no vcc (but everything else is the same) the withdrawal time is 72 hours.. is this just chance or is it the vcc?

Dont like waiting 72 hours for my money! does anyone know how to reduce the withdrawal times? (apart from having a 40 year account with 1000 feedback lol)

Not sure what the factors are but it is nothing to do with vccs.

Some of my accounts have no vcc attached - only bank accounts. The withdrawal time is instant.

I'm sure you'll find that given time (after making more withdrawals) the 72 hour withdrawal will become instant too.

I actively sell on about 15 accounts at any given time. Some of the newer ones at the start had 72 hour withdrawals but they have all gone to instant now.

Tends to come down to how 'good' paypal uk thinks your account is, in terms of trust.

As paypal perceive your account is going OK, there will be these delays. After time, this changes.

Yes, as Greenbean has said it is down to the perceived risk "the bots" place on your account. The more successful withdrawals you make, the risk decreases until they are "happy" to give you the money immediately when it is requested.
