Cant add bank account
 
Everytime i tried to add a bank account to my PP i get an error message 'we are sorry but we are unable to process' ect anyone else had this problem?

Its been going on for about 10 days and ive tried two separate brand new accounts?

What bank account?

You should check and see if the bank sort code / account number is valid:-

Validate bank payment details

Double check the numbers and make sure these have never been used in the past also.

Are these bank accounts that you opened yourself?

Had issues with an RBS current account.

1st time in years.

Preferable to share which bank and type of account was used.

Its was a rbs direct saver and santander 123 account both brand new opened about e weeks ago

Yes they have never been used brand new! Yes I opened myself.

Yeah the account was a direct saver rbs!
And the santander 123 current account.

I've had similar issues with RBS savers. Mine no longer appear able to accept external bank transfers.

Check the sort code and the account number in the link I posted.

Yeah but I've got another direct saver linked to another account thatt is fine.. And currently working. I think its the account though.. Ithere can't be a problem with 3 different accounts
