Paypal Problem

Hi, i have a verified paypal account, linked to an ebay account with 10+ positive feedback, recently paypal limited my account, requesting photo id and utility bill which i provided. They then emailed me saying they would like to part ways with me and this decision cannot be appealed? my question is now can i make another paypal account to use with the ebay account or is the ebay account now useless also?

ebay is now dying in the water

Not wise to attach another paypal.

You are repeating the disaster scenario.

Time for stealth and make sure to avoid the same issues again.

What happened?

Im not sure, somebody had recently opened a paypal dispute, which was then closed, so i think this flagged my account, then when i sent them id, they stated it did not provide the requested information, so im best to just forget this account altogether?

Yes, it would be best to ditch the ebay account too and start afresh. You may get away with linking another paypal account to the ebay account for a while but it is not a long term solution and could go down at any time.

If eB still is active, you can try a different accepted payment method like Skrilla (moneybookers), Paymate, etc. Dont try pp again - it could go under.

As for your banned pp, if you have time...might as well call them up. The system can auto-deny appeals of limitations.

Two options:

Make stealth accounts to allow them to mature.

Consider using another payment method . But the issue for the UK is the supposed need to have a paypal attached in the first instance>

Next issue is YOUR work to get the punters to pay with anything but paypal.
UK buyers are rather brainwashed.

NoNo

this has happened to me before where they asked for photo ID & docs, when I uploaded them they sent me the same email. Call them first to ask what the issue is, when I did they told me someone must have made an error & that they can see no issue with my docs.

There is no such thing, so stop referring to it by that name. If somebody searches "Skrilla" they will not find what you really mean. The proper name is "Skrill".
