Are payapl sending / receiving limits reset after a year

Just a quick question if someone can answer this one...

Are paypal sending / receiving limits reset after a year? I have afew accounts (all limited now & needing verification and upto max limits).

Will the send/ receive limits be reset on the anniversary date or are they frozen like that (ie useless to me) until I become fully verified

HI, Paul, Welcome!
From what I understand, they Review/reset it every month--kinda like Amex does with your charge privleges..
The more you spend and pay--they allow alittle more.
With paypal--the volume, as it goes up with 0 complaints- they allow alittle more.
Is there a SET amt? I dont believe so--the limitations are random at times..
