Paypal blocked but ebay okay?

Hey

Basically the mrs's paypal account got blocked but the ebay account didnt , has 60 feedback 100% positive, so is there a way i can use that ebay with a different paypal?

That paypal is dead for ebay purposes.

Or paypal was dead bescause it was used at my house and am already banned and they link it, nothing ever went wrong on ebay, because they usually block them both together.
If i was to try sell on it how would i go about it?
