How many refunds are too many?

How many refunds a month is acceptable before paypal catches on? Obviously the more you sell the more refunds are acceptable. But is there a percentage you can refund? thanks

Not that anyone knows of. There will be other factors too.

provide excellent customer service and the amount of refunds should not be an issue
