Paypal Process payment message?!

Just got this on a spare stealth..its an aged stealth about 1 month old..has a entropay VCC added to it..bought one thing and now as gunna go pay the shipping cost as i want it in 7 days..and got the above msg..? Account isn't verified but im just using for £40 max transactions nothing more..buying only tbf..anyone experienced this?

Sounds like a soft hold wait 24 hours and try again

Yep, been happening to numerous users for months.

Waiting sometimes gives the best outcome.

Okay I managed to send the money in the end..the fix? very oddly..i waited 24 hours then used another IP..seems to have worked!

24 hours is the key it is very normal

But very annoying.

Getting to be too much from paypal.

Well done - this is an annoying but PERSISTENT glitch on UK pp...lot of issues with this

Yeah used a stealth IP again but from a different device..it went straight through the payment with no problems. Thanks

The 24 is what counted

Does seem the case with this soft limitation.

Now if anyone could throw in the phone issue solution, things would be better.
