Paypal Limited after 9 years use :( I need help
 

Hi,

I have had my paypal account limited (permanently) after 9 years :(, no reason why, just they don't want to work with me anymore. I run a games console repair business and haven't changed the items I repair over the 9 years of the account holding with paypal.

My ebay account has 3500+ 100% feedback and with my paypal account being limited 2 months ago, I haven't been able to purchase on Ebay since the account was limited.

I so want to be able to purchase again on ebay, I have purchased the Stealth Guide and still have questions, the stealth guide explains about new details and slight alterations to names for new accounts, but how can I get around a new delivery address for purchases made from Ebay?? I used to spend ALOT ( around 9K) every three months on Ebay, so still unsure how to get around my delivery address on Ebay.

I want to purchase a new VCC verified Paypal accounton Buy and Sell, however I don't know if I can still use my good Ebay account or will this get linked and killed ??

BUT - the Stealth guide, doesn't state about getting around a delivery address for items bought, apart from friends, a family member or setting up a PO box, allo f which I don't want to do, how can I go forward??

I also order for the Far east with cash orders of approx. £1000, I don't sell on Ebay at all, whats the best way to get around the permanent limitation Paypal have imposed on me ??

UPS mailbox might work for buying only.

Make sure you use a different user account, check and keep track of your IPs etc.

Follow the stealth methods.

Whatever you do, make sure you do not do anything to link the accounts.

I'm based in the UK, but really don't want to go to the extra expense of a PO box or virtual address, is there anyway around the delivery address (like there is with bank details, etc) as detailed in Stealth Guide??

Do Paypal monitor the delivery address if I purchased a verified Ebay / Paypal account and changed the address to one I could receive from (apart from paying for it)??

All old info is monitored by both ebay & paypal. Re-using the same info is a bad move.

The purpose of going stealth is to use new info & have nothing new to link you to suspended stuff.

Most users work out ways to find new and usable addresses. If you want to use ebay/paypal again that's the way it must be done.

Why would this be a problem for you?

I have a PO box ordered from my local town and the address looks really professional (doesn't have PO Box in it) and for a small fee they will even deliver all items to me but I'm quite happy to go pick it up as its not far.

As others have said you cannot link any old info to your new accounts otherwise :mod: and your account will just get blocked again...

You have to weight it up...is the costs of a po box, VCC, new Bank ac etc worth getting back on eBay or not?

I think your account was limited because you offer services which are intangible.

paypal sees you as risky because they already state on their policy that they dont offer seller protection for services and you have been offering it through ebay as a way around that

.anyway they see you as risky for offering services because if someone does a chargeback

its very easy for paypal to lose it given you have no evidence of postage?
