PayPal 21 day hold been more than a month

It's been more than a month and the 21 day hold on a transaction is still to disappear. It not a huge amount and i wont be calling Paypal about it however when i click on the pending section it doesn't show, (which i assume means its completed) but the amount still shows as pending on the Overview page.

Anybody encountered this and is there a meaning to this? Thanks.
