UK Bank Accounts for Paypal Verification?
 

Hi all, :)

Before you say use the search engine and I bought the guide.

Firstly the guide specifies 8 accounts suitable for Paypal UK verification and the names of those accounts. Everyone one of those links does take you to the bank site but the particular products it claims to link to are no longer available i.e. Natwest Step.

I believe this factual part of the guide needs refreshing as the products it's listing no longer exist.

My 2nd questions is are you able to later remove/delete a linked bank account from Paypal and then use it on a stealth paypal account?

When you purchase the GUIDE, you dont only get the GUIDE, you get use of this VERY helpful site and its most knowagable members with more relivant information, of corse the GUIDE is going to get a little outdate, eby and PP are forever changing.

natwest no longer have the step account, so please tell me what is the author supposed to place the link with, another working bank account

Well thats only possible when trusted members report whats wroking or not and untill someone try's another account the links cannot be updated with a working link.

Although, you could ask on the fourm and find what you need.

Instead of using your time, engery and this forum to have a moan, maybe you should of just asked the questions to what you needed, who knows you might of even had some really good and helpful answers.


the answer to your second Q is no not really.

It wasn't my intention to be angry. Just frustrated that after the money spent I can't progress when I've followed everything to the dot.

My next question is then which banks can I open a new account with a little colourful credit history. I'm already with Co-Op/Halifax

Reading the forum is the ONLY way to supplement what is written in the guide.

You should be looking to making just basic accounts.

How many accounts are you looking to have?

Have you examined the number you can have with the two banks you already have.

You also need to be aware that you should not be running around opening bank accounts.

Basic accounts are what you are after. Google it and a whole list of them come up. Some charge and some don't, a bit of digging around and you can find the best one for you. But take your time in opening accounts if you are going to open lots.

You cannot reuse a bank accounts already previously used on PP

Not recommended - will link accounts. Fresh bank account is best for your purposes
