Paypal won't let me add bank account to withdraw funds
 

Unfortunately the account linked to my paypal was shut down so I can't withdraw the funds into there. I have been trying to add a new bank account to withdraw the funds into but constantly get this message "We're sorry, but we weren't able to confirm your identity and can't let you link a bank account at this time". I have e-mailed Paypal multiple times but as usual no response.

Did you remove your old Bnk account first or added it as a second .

can you ring them to add it ?

Paypal UK has quite a few ongoing glitches. Since your pp has been shut down, I would say that you should call them and do a manual add. Have you gone over the 1650 or 1900 quid amount received?

The first account I added got shut down by the bank so the funds got reversed and went back into my paypal account, I haven't removed the first account. I have been trying to add a second to withdraw the funds into but just keep on getting the same message.

To update I have just phoned Paypal and they added the account for me, apparently it is happening a lot due to hacked accounts so people are failing security to add bank accounts or whatever but it was easy enough to add over the phone.
