Having trouble adding confirming vcc

Hello,

Is anybody else having issue confirming entropay cards on stealth paypals? The paypal is letting me add the card, but the when i click "link and confirm" it says there is an error with the card and it cannot be confirmed. I have tried this with three paypal accounts this morning and the same thing is happening on all of them. I've never had this issue before.

Is anybody else experiencing the same thing?
