| | | tucstore | 06-25-2013 03:51 PM | prepaid bank account questions & Co-OP bank & current accounts hey guys
tried to open a bank account today and was refused and now i need to go on the prepaid option
can someone tell me the cheapest and best instant online prepaid bank i could use for paypal payments |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 04:36 PM | Best bet would be to go into your bank and ask for a basic accounts. I also use smile a lot myself, but it does take a few days to set up. |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 04:39 PM | i have been refused basic accounts today cannot get any more
i need to go prepaid you know of any that would work |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 04:41 PM | Refused a basic account? Not heard of that before truth be told.
Card One Banking used to be ok, but now it seems to have stopped being good.
As I mentioned, I use smile myself, never had any issues.
If you have any bank accounts at the moment, maybe worth talking to the bank to see if you can open a second with them |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 04:43 PM | does smile banking charge is it prepaid ? |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 04:44 PM | also i have 10 basic accounts all blocked on ebay and everything cant get my 11th one |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 04:45 PM | I use the instant savings account. Has its downsides, but I have generally not had any issues with them.
10 accounts all blocked? You may first want to re-evaluate the way in which you stealth. Over what period of time did they all get blocked? |
| GreenBean | 06-25-2013 04:45 PM | smile.co.uk - the internet bank
Avoid applying for more bank accounts if you are getting refused
You have to be careful with your actions or your credit score will be affected
Redo that business plan if your accounts are blocked |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 04:58 PM | and can you tell me smiles ts and cs do they charge monthly
can i withdraw for free etc
when i say refused im not being refused in person but this always comes up
We're Sorry
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your identity online. |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:00 PM | which account would you strongly advise for smile |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 05:01 PM | No they don't, yes you can. For the rest of the T&C go on the website and have a read. But before you start opening more accounts you need to work out why you are getting so many limited accounts. I only loose one or two a year, so to have 10 lost, unless you have been stealthing for 3 or 4 years, is high.
As GB says, you may want to also bear in mind your credit score. |

Are you using your own real ID to create bank accounts? That is the only way |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:02 PM | i mean over the years my 10 accounts have all been used for something never been blocked by stealth but my basic accounts opening habbit is high on the system and banks are seeing that |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:07 PM | shall i apply for a current account on smile ? |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 05:13 PM | Bare with me for a minute here.
So you have 10 basic accounts, none of which have ever been blocked by PP.
Why not use one of them in that case?
Are you trying to open basic accounts using stealth info? If so that is a massive massive mistake as that is fraudulent. You have to use your own ID to open a UK bank account |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:18 PM | no all my old bank accounts i have opened i have used on ebay for sellers accounts with paypal and paypal know about them all
i have only been banned from paypal once
i opening up a bank account with real info
all 10 accounts have been used with paypal over the years as i run mutliple online businesses now i want to open another and need to purchase a ebay account from someone on here
but i need to open a bank account |

Are these basic accounts attached to PayPal accounts?
In other words you have suspended eBay/ PayPal accounts? |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 05:21 PM | Right, I am with you. In that case I would apply for a Smile Instant Savings account. So long as you know how to stealth, you will have no issue with that. It does take a few days to open, and the on-line interface leaves a lot to be desired, but it does the job nicely. |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:30 PM | can i withdraw using atm with that account ?
for free ? |

:brushteeth: |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 05:35 PM | Have a read on the website. All the information is on there.
I transfer all my money from my smile accounts once a week to my main business account, so have never used the card that comes with the account |
| tucstore | 06-25-2013 05:51 PM | so there just a online bank account you then have to transfer the money to a realy account ??
so it would have to go from
customer to paypal
paypal to smile
smile to one of my existing bank account
walk to atm and its in my hand ? |
| JamesNorth101 | 06-25-2013 06:12 PM | Reread what I said. The account comes with a card, so you can get cash out with it, I never have however because I transfer all my money to a different account. |

This is starting to sound well dodgy

Am i onto a winner? | So did you apply for 2 co op current accounts? Or you applies for a current account, and she signed you up to a savings account and you have now applied for a current account?
You need to take more time in apply for accounts. Don't go mad, wait weeks if not months between apply for accounts. Works much better in the long run. |
| tucstore | 06-29-2013 09:53 AM | 3 options for bank accounts which one do i choose I applied for 3 different accounts and been accepted for all but have to send off proof of id and address
I would like to proceed with one account for stealth
Natwest current account
Co op super savers account
Co op current account
Which one would be easiest for stealth |
| Ebayorbust | 06-29-2013 09:59 AM | 1 or 3 will be fine. |
| GreenBean | 06-29-2013 10:01 AM | Agree with Ebayorbust
1 or 3 work for stealth.
Keep a watch on your credit score though.
You were speaking of issues earlier in the thread.
Make sure you have them resolved. |
| tucstore | 06-29-2013 10:14 AM | I never really got refused a account they all wanted more information before they could say yes or no i just took that as a refusal but natwest say yes but we need more info and so have co op savers | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 03:34 PM. | |
