PayPal Glitch?

Hi, in the resolution centre it says

"Provide information about your account.

You have 134 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted."

The "134 days" never changes. It was the same 2 days ago and the same today.

Then you either must e-mail for their attention or call in. Is the account still limited? How long as it been limited now?
