eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Making new account after old one limited

It has to be completely diff than the old account. As long as you change the IP, new name, new address, new card, and even new password (yes I've heard of passwords linking accounts).

There cannot be anything with the same information shared w/ the old account.

It is very important that you find out WHY you got limited, otherwise you may fall into the same trap again.

Same pictures with EXIF data? same addresses, IP addresses, card details, PP details, lots of the same items, DOB, passwords ect

You must work out know/identify WHY you got limited?

When you start over in stealth, the old issues must be known to avoid repeating them again.

Have you thought of any reasons?
