I will get a heartattack...Never in 100 yrs i can find out Greenbean's a Lady lol :D

i am in uk but i use public library so am seeking vps so i can do from library via my laptop,

Using a dongle would be much easier IMO. Would also be cheaper

Use the library to search for your desired VPS service but do NOT use the library IP to work with accounts...public IP is usually a bad no no for stealth
