Adding RBS account to paypal?
 

So i opened a new paypal account and when i try to add the RBS bank account it gives me this message :

The account you've entered needs an additional review before we can proceed. Please add a different bank account. If you would still like to use this account, please contact customer service.

Is there a problem with RBS at the moment? or am i just the lucky one :s

I would just like to add, that i added a entropay card to the account fine after i received this message about the bank account.

Had that with RBS 3 weeks ago.

Was the usual, wait and watch.

Tried a few days later.

Success.
