Amazon account banned? How to get it back?
 

Hi I was banned from amazon.co.uk for life!!!!!!, to cut a long story short too many refunds. Anyway as there is not an amazon banned forum thought i might put key to screen.
I have a few questions I know there might be some related answers but Uk amazon to U.s amazon has different precedures I am sure.
Anyway I was thinking about using my partners details to open another account.
She has all the relevant information to open another one, only two problems
1/she does not have a credit or debit card
2/I used her computer to access my old account round her house, I have heard amazon like your IP address.

Mine and her IP address are static, they change constantly every time I reset the modem. Is this enough so amazon do not recognise me. I do not want them to link the two accounts. I understand about deleting cookies etc etc all off the computer when finished.

Regarding the credit card situation could I let her use mine as she is an additional card holder(from the same card from the old account)
Or could I use a prepaid credit card?

Anyway your thoughts would be great! am new to all this so please no harsh replies lol

well it wasn't just refunds, their reason was too many negatives my feedback was 89%
at the time stupidly i was sending by royal mail 2nd class to cut down on costs, sadly items were taking ages and ages and also becoming lost.

You live and you learn, 2nd class recorded isn't that much more expensive that sending normal 2nd class, and you have the added security of tracking and signature on delivery, believe me this alone cuts down the number of mostly dodgy lost in post claims.

Have they ever sent you a warning before they finally closed your account?
