I want to get this right, ive just read the ebay stealth.

i have made a new user account on my new laptop i got today, and ive changed my MAC address so have new ip address.

I have just set up my ebay account and now im going to make the paypal account, ive just got a new bank card thats never been linked to ebay etc.

do i set that up with entropay and do it with that so my new bank card never enters paypals database?

also i cant use my phone for mobile no verification any tips on how to get round this, i have an iphon e 5 with nano sim so cant just put an old sim in and get an old no :confused:

You register your new bank card with entro, upload £10 and then create a VCC. You then use this VCC on PP.

Simple buy a sim that will fit into your phone.

Vodafone is my preferred choice. Other options are available like virtual numbers

ok understood, ye im with vodafone but wanting to get this set up tonight, will look online see what happens if not will buy a sim 2morro

Entropay works well to confirm the pp.

You will still need a bank account to verify the pp OP - you said you have new bank so that's good.

re-read the post. The OP did not say a new bank. He said a new bank CARD.

He said that twice.

You missed the salient point of the differences between bank account & bank card. Pretty important to have them defined correctly for new users if they are to benefit from responses.
