Paypal won't accept Entropay for a Limited Account
 

Hi Guys,

A 6 week old paypal account of mine has become limited. One of the things I need to do to lift the limitation is either provide documents or confirm my Debit Card. This is strange as the account was already verified and confirmed. I've tried using the original Entropay details and paypal say they can't be verified by the bank?!!

I've had no problems with this or the ebay accouint attached to it. I've only sold low value items on it.

Any ideas?

How much is on the EP card you tried to use - more than $3-5?

PP has been on this aggressive limiting account mission recently.

If you have sufficient funds in the card, you can retry the card. after 2-3 times, it will then give you a different prompt, i.e. sending a letter to the address with a code.

You have access to the physical address?
