paypal requesting invoices
 

hello everyone, i am looking fro some advice, i have my genuine acount and i have been selling on it, recently i sold a few products which were not vero but low quality mobile accesories, i had a few negative feedbacks, an a few paypal reversals, this account is from 2009, so its not new and not stealth,
today i got a message from paypal saying they want
1 invoices for the goods i sell
2 supliers details eg address and phone number

what the best way of dealing with tis issue, i have invoices and worried that they may say its cheap quality then limit account, they have given me 9 days to resolve the issues , i can still use my paypal as usaul , but failure to produce these documents they will limit it,

can i just provide any invoices that do not have anything todo with the particular bad product i was selling, will they ask for it,

if i have to produce any other invoicem wre do i get it, anyone with information as to were i can
1 get good envoices to send
2 any suggestions as to what to do as time is running out, i was thinking of sending my other invoices then call them

please help me out any advise

If they asked for invoices it's usually for every product u sold on ebay.

If u don't produce it they will ask u to send more invoices in.

If they are not correct after that they probably suspend u from selling
