Paying with paypal on 3rd party website

is it safe to use stealth paypal to pay on a 3rd party shopping website....using real name and address on the shopping website?

Can paypal see the real info? (sorry if this is a dumb question but I am new to all this!)

Paypal will see all info used - dont use real info at all on a stealth pp account
